Recruitment Process

End-to-End Recruitment

Our Overseas Recruitment Process is designed to ensure that employers receive qualified, reliable, and well screened manpower from Pakistan.

  • Authorization and Documentation
    The employer provides M/s Barkha International (Pvt.) Ltd. with a Power of Attorney and Demand Letter authorizing us to manage recruitment procedures in Pakistan. These documents are attested by the Embassy of Pakistan in the country of employment and include details such as job categories, number of workers required, salary, contract duration, and benefits including accommodation, medical care, leave, and air tickets.
  • Government Approval
    After receiving the required documents, we obtain official permission from the Protector of Emigrants, Bureau of Emigration and Overseas Employment, Government of Pakistan, to proceed with the recruitment process.

  • Candidate Sourcing
    We begin by searching for suitable candidates within our maintained database. If additional candidates are required, we advertise vacancies through reputable national newspapers and recruitment channels.
  • Screening and Evaluation
    Applications are carefully reviewed and shortlisted according to the employer’s job requirements. Our recruitment specialists conduct interviews and arrange practical and technical trade tests at recognized trade testing centers when required.
  • Employer Interviews
    If requested, we arrange final interviews for the employer or their authorized representatives. These interviews may be conducted in person or through remote communication technologies.
  • Medical Examination and Visa Processing
    Selected candidates undergo medical examinations including X rays and laboratory tests. Once candidates are declared medically fit, we proceed with visa processing and related documentation.
  • Deployment and Emigration Formalities
    After visa approval, we complete all emigration requirements including registration with the Protector of Emigrants and arranging travel and departure schedules for the workers according
